This Jersey boy diner meets New Yorker chef in Meadville, PA This little establishment packs a big punch! From the moment you set foot past the door you are welcomed by the most friendliest owner who explains his menu items displayed on the wall. The dishes are so appealing to see on the colorful chalkboard. The flavors are even more satisfying to taste on the palate. I wanted to taste all of this gentleman’s creations, but I only chose two to start with. I was surely amazed by the size of the portions and the scrumptious meals. I ordered the Hot Honey bone-in chicken wings and the Fried Shrimp and Salmon combo with onions and peppers over rice. The wings were huge and tasty and the combo dish was plentiful and crunchy. I would like to try the Jerk sauce and veggies next time I visit...and I most certainly will indeed partake more of the offerings! I high recommend and suggest you visit and taste for yourself!!

Update 7/2/25: Today's special is the Meatloaf with 2 sides. As someone who has never liked anything but my mom's or my own homemade meatloaf, I highly recommend this meatloaf and would happily eat it any night! This business has lost control of their Facebook page and has had a sharp decline in business that is threatening to shut them down so before that can happen... Get some meatloaf, run dint walk!! Update 1/21/25: I had a wonderful dinner with some friends. The food was amazing as always and the proprietress was pleasant and cheerful! We will be coming back again! Update 9/27/24: I still continue to eat here about once a week. The food is always delicious! Treat yourself to some! Update 5/20/24: Another absolutely delicious meal made by the amazing family at Meadville Eats!! If you still haven't tried their food, you're only punishing yourself! I LOVE this restaurant!! I have eaten here many times (sometimes more than once a week even!) and I have never been unhappy with my food!! The owners are amazing people who treat every customer like family!! My favorite thing to get is the boneless buffalo garlic wings but I also love the bowls and sides!! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for your next meal!!

Fantastic no frills hidden gem in Meadville with a focus bowls and wings. We got bowls with chicken and steak respectively, along with rice and a veggie of your choice—broccoli was fantastic although asparagus was great also—and a homemade bbq type sauce drizzled on top—though other sauces are available. Absolutely delicious! We also got boneless wings with a Parmesan Garlic sauce—probably the best wings I’ve ever had! Tender and juicy on the inside, and the sauce on the outside was extraordinary! The owner and his wife and baby were there and were so kind, friendly, and attentive, even giving us complimentary water bottles.

Came in here for a fast lunch, and the service was FAST. The food was making me punch the air it was so good. I’ve never had wings like this before. if you’re in the area definitely check it out. The owner was very friendly and helpful and did his THING. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Don't miss this place!! Absolutely phenomenal food and service! My group of 9 got take out. Everything was as ordered aside from the bonus items the owner added to our bags. We mostly got boneless wings and bowls. The boneless wings are really enormous chunks of white meat, lightly breaded and generously seasoned or sauced. I would call them artisanal boneless wings. They are hands down the best boneless wings I've ever had. The bowls were huge and loved by all. One advisory, they do not have A/C, but the place is well ventilated.

**Restaurant Review** I recently had the pleasure of dining at a local gem that truly impressed me with its culinary offerings. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the fried catfish, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. Each bite was a delightful experience, showcasing the skill of the kitchen. The sides were equally noteworthy. The macaroni and cheese, while not creamy, was perfectly seasoned and delicious, making it a standout on the plate. The collard greens were perfection; they had the right balance of flavor and texture, making them a must-try for any soul food enthusiast. The French fries were also spot on—crispy and golden, they complemented the meal beautifully. The fried shrimp were tasty and cooked flawlessly, adding a nice crunch and flavor profile that I thoroughly enjoyed. While the potato salad was good, there was something about it that I couldn’t quite put my finger on. It seemed like it needed a slight adjustment to elevate it to the same level as the other dishes, but it was still enjoyable nonetheless. Overall, I genuinely believe this establishment serves fantastic food that is worth a stop, if not a return visit. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. Kudos to the team for delivering such a memorable dining experience!

We tried Meadville Eats for the first time last night, and it's definitely a local winner! Really comforting soul food from the south. Take-out only at this time. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to serve us when I dropped in unexpectedly to order takeout for a large family. When I asked if all their entrees were single serving, they offered to make up an assortment of food for our family. So we got to sample a bunch of deliciousness, and it was all five-star! We sampled three great flavors of chicken wings: Sweet Chili, BBQ, and Dry Ranch. The fish fillets were crispy and tasty. Potato salad definitely above average, and yummy baked mac and cheese. Even genuine collard greens, with a little zip to them! In NW PA! It all came out to a very reasonable price per person, and a super amazing dinner for my family. Thanks, Meadville Eats! We'll be back.

Amazing from start to finish! I’m visiting for a reunion and had to eat here for dinner. The energy is infectious from the music to the family who runs it. They were all so kind and welcoming. I wish I had this kind of home cooking when I went to school. Definitely would have turned hard days around. If you want to leave with a full belly and a smile on your face, go now.
